• Please use a microSD card with a capacity of 4GB or more. (Products with 2GB or less are not supported.)
• Only Type-C - Lightning cable or Type-C - Type-C cable can be used. (USB Type-A, B adapters are not supported.)
• A non-PD charger (quick charging AC adapter) cannot support backup.
• Do not unplug the cable during backup. There is a risk of damaging the microSD card.


 
• We are not responsible for natural disasters such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, storm and flood disasters, fires other than our responsibility, actions by third parties, and other accidents, customer intentional or negligence, misuse, or other damages caused by use under abnormal conditions.
• We are not responsible for damages (change of records, loss of records, loss of business profits, business suspension, etc.) arising from the use or inability of this product.
• We are not responsible for any damage or loss of data recovery or loss of image data and download data taken due to failure, repair, or other handling of this product.
• It is recommended to store important data on a computer hard disk, etc., and even if the registered information changes or is lost, it is difficult for us to take responsibility for the failure or loss, so please understand in advance.
• We are not responsible for any damage caused by malfunction due to compatibility with connection devices and SW that we are not concerned with.
• We are not responsible for any damages caused by failure to comply with the description of the handling manual.

• Do not apply excessive force to this product, and be careful not to place it under heavy objects when putting it in a bag.
     If you put it in your clothes pocket and sit on it, the internal circuit board may be damaged or malfunctioned. In addition,
     if the microSD memory card is plugged in, it may cause damage or failure of the microSD memory card, and even if there is no damage in appearance,
     we cannot guarantee it.
• Do not use and store in extremely high temperatures, low temperatures, and humid places.
     (Use and store within the range of operating temperature 0℃ to 40℃ and humidity 30% to 80%.)
• Wipe the connection terminal lightly with a dry cotton swab. Contamination may cause connection failure.
     If you wipe hard, the connection terminal may be deformed, so be careful.
     If left wet, it may stain. In addition, cleaning with alcohol, thinner, benzene, detergent, or glass cleaner may erase exterior printing or cause malfunction.
• Do not touch the connector with wet hands.
• If you experience heat, fumes or a burnt smell, or if water or liquid gets into the product during use, discontinue use immediately.
• Do not disassemble or modify the product. A short circuit may cause a fire or accident.
• Do not use or store in a place within reach of children.
• If the connector is inserted forcibly, it may cause damage to the connector or short circuit.
• We are not responsible for any direct or secondary damage (data preparation cost, loss of expected profit, etc.) such as data deformation or loss due to failure or use of this product.
• Do not place it near corrosive chemicals or in places where corrosive gases are generated. It may cause malfunction.
• Water droplets may form on the inside of this product if it is moved from a cold place to a warm place suddenly, or if it is placed in a place where the humidity changes rapidly, such as in a place with high humidity or near an air conditioner (Frostiness).
     When using in the above conditions, be careful as it can cause corrosion and failure due to humidity.
• Do not apply excessive force when attaching or removing the microSD memory card. There is a risk of hand or finger injury.
• Do not apply vibration or shock, or turn off the smartphone while writing or reading microSD memory card data. It can cause data loss and malfunction.
• Please do not soak or spray in hot water. Also, do not use in a sauna or scald with hot air from a dryer. This product is not designed for heat resistance.
• Do not drop or give shock to this product.
