This product is a memory card that can be purchased from a Japanese carrier KDDI's agency and au Online Shop, and the following information is provided to customers who purchase this product in Japan.

Supported Model

The microSD™ memory card 2 GB (G01) and microSDHC™ memory card 32 GB (G01) / 64 GB (G01) / 64 GB (G02) / 256 GB (G01) are ESENCORE products.
Please refer to the following for operation confirmation of au terminals such as smartphones, mobile phones and tablets,

Theft / Loss Compensation Service

This is a service that provides an equivalent product if the contractor who has subscribed to the breakdown/loss support
(service name as of April 2019) provided by KDDI Co., Ltd. loses or steals this product along with the breakdown/loss support terminal.
Precautions
    • This service is provided only for products that have purchased a product from an au dealer, au Online Shop or genuine dealer and have subscribed to the Loss & Loss Support product.
    • Valid only in Japan.
    • Included conversion adapters are not eligible for compensation, and equivalent products provided are at our discretion.
         (May be exchanged for products other than the au+1 collection brand)
    • Use of this theft/loss compensation is limited to once a year, and cannot be reused for one year counting from the date of application for compensation.
Subject Products
Preliminaries
    • Please report theft or loss of the subject memory card to the police station or other public institution.
         At the time of application, a copy of the public certificate containing the name of the reporting institution, the reporting date,
         and the acceptance number is required.
    • Please send a replacement phone according to the breakdown and loss support, and enclose a copy of the "Replacement Phone Delivery Service Receipt Form" (name as of April 2019) with the terminal when applying.
Documents Required for Submission
    ➀Original warranty card enclosed with the subject memory card
    ➁Copies of documents proving the purchase of the subject memory card (receipt, etc.)
    ➂A copy of 「Replacement Phone Delivery Service Receipt Form」 (as of April 2019) issued by KDDI Co., Ltd.
    ➃Copy of public certificate stating the name of the public institution that reported theft or loss of the subject memory card, date of report, and repair number
    ➄Memory card destination (address, name, phone number*1)
    ➅Application registration number*2 (Please write in the blank space for the guarantee letter and envelope.)
    * 1 : We may contact you, so please write down your phone number.
    * 2 : Issued upon application to our customer center.
Compensation procedure
The stolen and lost memory card is a product subject to Global Networks ZEN-EI's theft and loss compensation,
and please check whether the stolen and lost smartphone or mobile phone, such as the target memory card,
is subscribed to the failure and proceed with the procedure below.

Data Recovery Software

Data Recovery Software 「File Saver」
File Saver is data recovery software for digital media, and it can recover data such as images, videos, documents, and music.
※However, recovery of all data is not guaranteed.
Precautions
    • This privilege is valid for one year from the time the software is downloaded and activated.
    • When using this privilege, the terms and conditions of the license agreement of LC/Technology are applied.
    • Available countries and regions are limited.
    • This privilege serial number will not be reissued.
    • Please refer to www.essencore.com/jp/microsd_filesaver/ for software download and activation methods.
    • Backup and recovery of data recorded on the memory card must be performed by the customer.

Precautions
    • Do not leave the memory card within reach of small children, as there is a risk of suffocation if swallowed accidentally. If swallowed, consult a doctor immediately.
    • Do not wet or touch with wet hands. It may cause electric shock, fire or malfunction.
    • Do not directly touch the terminal part with your hands or put metal on it. Recorded data may be corrupted or lost due to static electricity.
    • Avoid using or storing in places with high temperature/humidity, dew condensation, dusty places, places close to strong magnetic sources such as speakers, or places prone to static electricity or electrical noise.
    • When removing the memory card, check the direction, and do not fold it or apply strong pressure or shock to it. Disassembly or alteration is prohibited.
    • Do not turn off the power of the au product or remove the product from the au product during data input/loading. Also, do not use the memory card if the au product is not sufficiently charged.
    • To avoid data loss, please make sure all data is saved before removing the memory card from the au product. For details, please refer to the instruction manual of the au product.
    • According to the Copyright Act, unauthorized use of other people's works recorded by the customer on the memory card is prohibited, except for personal enjoyment.
    • KDDI Co., Ltd., Okinawa Cellular Telephone Co., Ltd. and our company do not support backup and recovery of data recorded on memory cards.
    • Please make backups of important data on other media such as hard disks from time to time.
    • If data recovery is necessary, the customer should perform the recovery process himself using the data recovery software "File Saver", which is a purchase privilege.
    • We do not guarantee products that are broken by using the following usage conditions or devices.

    (ⅱ)Video Surveillance, Security and Surveillance Devices
    (ⅲ)Internet protocol/network camera
    (ⅳ)Vehicle recording device/dashboard camera/black box camera
    (ⅴ)Display devices looping a video

    (ⅶ) Logging devices for continuous data such as servers
